🎯 Requirements
- • Fluency in both Estonian and English, including strong verbal communication skills and understanding of cultural nuances.
- • Excellent listening, memory, and note-taking abilities to ensure high accuracy during interpretation.
- • Ability to remain calm, neutral, and professional during emotionally intense or high-pressure situations, such as emergency or medical calls.
- • Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
- • High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience or education in translation, interpretation, teaching, or language assessment is preferred.
- • Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a background check and/or drug screening if required by location.
