- • Design, develop, and maintain ETL solutions using Microsoft SSIS and SQL Server Relational Database technologies to support healthcare revenue cycle operations.
- • Enhance and troubleshoot legacy ETL processes to improve performance, reduce runtime, and align with evolving business requirements.
- • Monitor production ETL jobs regularly to ensure data integrity, reliability, and timely execution.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, model, and develop SQL database objects required for business solutions.
- • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data integration and reporting systems.
- • Optimize slow-running ETL workflows through redesign, indexing, query optimization, and improved data flow architecture.
- • Ensure all data solutions comply with healthcare industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- • Participate in code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior team members on ETL best practices.
- • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies in current data pipelines and proposing scalable enhancements.
- • Work closely with Business Intelligence teams to support the development of data models and reporting infrastructure.
- • Maintain documentation for ETL processes, data mappings, and system dependencies to ensure knowledge transfer and operational continuity.
- • Support end-to-end testing of data solutions, including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT coordination.
- • Stay current with emerging technologies in data engineering and evaluate opportunities to modernize existing SSIS-based workflows.
- • Ensure data security and confidentiality in alignment with HIPAA and other healthcare data protection standards.
- • Engage in agile development practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and backlog refinement.

- • Proficiency in Microsoft SSIS for designing and maintaining ETL workflows
- • Strong experience with SQL Server Relational Database design, querying, and optimization
- • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and enhance legacy ETL processes
- • Experience working in healthcare or regulated industries with compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA)
- • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including BI, data analysts, and software engineers
- • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to data accuracy and system reliability
