- • As a Product Manager at Sportygroup B.V., you will define and own the digital roadmap for products used by millions of daily global users, ensuring that every feature built delivers measurable value and aligns with company OKRs. This role is critical to driving innovation, customer satisfaction, and business growth in a remote-first, sustainability-focused organization where your expertise directly shapes the user experience for a global audience.
- • You will align product development goals with company OKRs, evaluate new opportunities through rigorous customer research and competitive analysis, define and communicate a clear product roadmap, collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate insights into actionable requirements, manage project scope from inception to closure, build cross-functional relationships with Delivery Managers and Tech Leads, partner with marketing on go-to-market strategies, define and track key performance metrics, and provide mentorship to team members on product excellence and user-centered practices.

🎯 Requirements
- • Experience making data-driven product decisions through user research and experimentation
- • Demonstrated ability to iterate and improve products based on feedback and performance data, with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional planning and problem-solving in a fast-paced, distributed environment, particularly with engineering and design teams
- • Experience defining and tracking OKRs or a similar goal-setting framework
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with fluency in English
- • Degree or Masters in a Business, Product, or Technology discipline (nice-to-have)
- • Experience achieving product-market fit for emerging markets (nice-to-have)
