- • European Field Service Technical Director – A pan-European leadership role responsible for transforming and elevating the Field Service Technical organization across Europe, driving coherence, scalability, and strategic direction to turn service into a competitive advantage and growth engine.
- • Day to day: Lead and coach field service technical leaders across multiple European regions, drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and service quality, define and implement European Field Service Technical strategy, optimize core service processes and workflows, manage third-party provider networks, and embed service value into tenders and contracts to support after-sales revenue growth.

- • Strong track record in team leadership, coaching, and organizational development
- • Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
- • Experience driving process improvement and service transformation
- • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
- • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- • Comfortable working in a matrix, cross-functional environment
- • English required; fluency in another European language (French or German strongly preferred)
