- • The EV Schedule Coordinator ensures all maintenance activities are coordinated, scheduled, and executed to meet Electric Vehicle (EV) contractual requirements, playing a critical role in deploying resources efficiently to improve technical productivity, eliminate waste, and lower subcontractor costs.
- • Day to day, the role involves dispatching internal technical resources and subcontractors nationwide for preventative and corrective maintenance, managing short- and long-term service schedules, taking ownership of Work Tickets from open to close, utilizing a Salesforce-based CMMS to develop job plans and assign work, and ensuring materials, tools, and appropriate skill levels are available for successful task completion.
