- • Manage the end-to-end planning, preparation, and execution of all IT Nation events and programs across the APAC region.
- • Collaborate closely with cross-functional marketing and operations teams to ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals.
- • Research, analyze, and document event-related data to inform decision-making and improve future event outcomes.
- • Prepare and maintain all event signage, printed materials, and budget documentation throughout the event lifecycle.
- • Develop and manage detailed project plans for event deliverables, proactively identifying and resolving potential risks or bottlenecks.
- • Serve as the primary internal point of contact for all event-related requests during large-scale IT Nation events.
- • Provide actionable recommendations to enhance event flow, attendee experience, and overall operational efficiency.
- • Support integration initiatives that drive successful event recruitment, registration, and execution.
- • Act as the subject matter expert for the IT Nation team on event processes, marketing workflows, and platform usage.
- • Train and mentor new team members on event management procedures, tools, and best practices.
- • Handle all administrative tasks tied to IT Nation events, including production management, deadline tracking, budget oversight, invoice processing, and print quota coordination.
- • Maintain high attention to detail in all aspects of event logistics, from vendor coordination to on-site execution.
- • Adapt quickly to evolving business needs and emerging technologies or processes relevant to event management.
- • Lift, carry, and move up to 10 pounds regularly as needed for event setup and teardown.
- • Travel up to 10% of the time to support in-person events across the APAC region.
- • Work in a hybrid or on-site capacity based on location requirements and event schedules.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience
- • 5+ years of relevant event management experience
- • Ability to manage projects independently with limited supervision
- • Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills
- • Advanced knowledge of event management processes and best practices
- • Preferred: Knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, Cvent, Workamajig, Espiserver, and/or Trello
