- • Support live streaming operations for over 50,000 annual events across motorsports, wrestling, hockey, track & field, cheer, jiu-jitsu, and NCAA Division II and III athletics.
- • Monitor and adjust live video and audio streams in real-time to ensure optimal quality and client satisfaction.
- • Maintain high stream uptime by identifying and resolving technical issues with video encoding, audio levels, and signal integrity.
- • Coordinate communication between camera operators, technicians, and managers to ensure seamless event execution.
- • Respond promptly to client concerns regarding video stream quality, graphics, commentary, or other broadcast treatments.
- • Manage multiple live events simultaneously during peak operating hours, requiring strong multitasking and focus.
- • Ensure accurate start and end times for broadcasts, including proper activation and deactivation of streaming feeds.
- • Monitor and verify graphics overlays, lower thirds, and on-screen treatments for accuracy and timing.
- • Work scheduled shifts Friday, Saturday, and Sunday during operating hours of 7am–10pm (8-hour shifts).
- • Operate in a fast-paced, seasonal environment with high volume and tight deadlines from August 2026 through April 2027.
- • Adhere to established technical processes and protocols for live streaming workflows and quality assurance.
- • Assist with post-event documentation and reporting as required by operations management.
- • Maintain awareness of broadcast standards and best practices for live streaming technologies.
- • Contribute to a collaborative, positive team culture focused on accountability, curiosity, and excellence.
- • Support FloSports’ mission to elevate underserved sports communities through reliable, high-quality live coverage.
🎯 Requirements
- • Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- • Must be available to work evenings and weekends (7am–10pm shifts)
- • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- • Tech-savvy with experience or familiarity with live streaming technologies
- • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with technical and operational teams
- • Passion for sports and commitment to delivering high-quality broadcast experiences
