  • • Own the end-to-end full-cycle recruitment process for technical, non-technical, and leadership roles, including sourcing, interviewing, debriefs, offer negotiation, and HR handoff.
  • • Partner with executives and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, provide market insights on talent availability, and develop strategic hiring plans.
  • • Proactively source and build pipelines of high-caliber candidates for both immediate openings and future talent needs across all functions.
  • • Evaluate candidates on technical and non-technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with BRINC’s mission to support first responders and save lives through technology.
  • • Lead strategic initiatives to improve talent acquisition, including diversity hiring, employer branding, and candidate experience enhancements.
  • • Leverage data to track, report, and optimize key recruitment metrics to ensure hiring targets are met and processes are continuously improved.
  • • Collaborate with the People Operations team to support talent planning, onboarding, and workforce scaling efforts.
  • • Design and implement structured interview processes to ensure consistent, fair, and effective candidate evaluations.
  • • Manage high-volume interview pipelines while maintaining a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • • Utilize applicant tracking systems (preferably Ashby) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter to streamline recruitment workflows.
  • • Communicate total compensation packages, including startup equity and stock options, with clarity and confidence to top talent.
  • • Maintain exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail while operating autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • • Adapt quickly to evolving priorities and contribute to a culture that values innovation, frugality, and mission-driven work.
  • • Promote inclusive hiring practices and actively build diverse teams aligned with BRINC’s commitment to equity and inclusion.
  • • Stay current on recruiting best practices, emerging tools, and market trends to continuously elevate the quality and efficiency of hiring.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced startup environment
  • • Proven track record of hiring for technical, non-technical, and leadership roles
  • • Expert knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby), and hiring best practices
  • • Data-driven approach to recruitment with experience tracking and improving key hiring metrics
  • • Strong strategic and operational mindset with ability to influence executives and hiring managers
  • • Experience building structured interview processes and managing high-volume pipelines
