- • Lead the end-to-end strategy, planning, execution, and performance measurement of global and regional events including trade shows, executive roundtables, webinars, client forums, conferences, and owned experiential events.
- • Develop event strategies aligned with Account-Based Marketing (ABM), pipeline acceleration, client retention, and brand positioning objectives.
- • Collaborate with product marketing, field marketing, sales, communications, and leadership teams to ensure event themes reflect business priorities and market narratives around AI, cloud, workplace modernization, security, and public sector transformation.
- • Manage event budgets, timelines, vendor relationships, contracts, and on-site logistics to ensure seamless execution across all event formats.
- • Create compelling event messaging, booth experiences, presentations, run-of-show documents, and attendee engagement plans that drive brand awareness and client interaction.
- • Coordinate pre-event promotion, registration management, post-event follow-up, and lead handoff processes to sales teams to maximize pipeline conversion.
- • Track and analyze key performance indicators including attendance, engagement levels, meetings booked, leads generated, pipeline influence, and return on investment for all events.
- • Evaluate event performance data to identify improvements and optimize future event programs for greater impact and efficiency.
- • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate Unisys’s technology market story into compelling, outcome-driven event experiences that deepen client relationships and generate qualified pipeline.
- • Ensure all event activities comply with U.S. export control regulations and related compliance requirements for access to controlled commodities and technology.
- • Travel as required to support on-site event execution, client meetings, and industry conferences.
- • Maintain alignment with CRM and marketing automation platforms to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of event-driven metrics.
- • Continuously refine event content and narratives to tie directly to business outcomes and customer success stories.
- • Utilize performance data to make data-informed decisions on resource allocation and event strategy adjustments.
