- • As an Event Programmer at Ticketmaster APAC, you will be responsible for delivering services and creating events to support clients’ day-to-day operational needs related to the use of ticketing systems and products in facilitating ticketing operations through the life cycle of the clients’ event portfolio.
- • You will become the clients’ support contact at Ticketmaster, working closely with clients to continuously improve service levels and increase client satisfaction, while maintaining agreed upon service levels, training, sharing best practices, and providing general operational support.
- • You will join the Global Field Support & Operations organization, which is dedicated to building a global support and operations centre of excellence by applying consistent processes, tools, and best practices across all regions to achieve the highest levels of employee, fan, and client satisfaction.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in Ticketmaster’s bespoke ticketing software, enhance your ability to manage complex event setups, strengthen client-facing communication and problem-solving skills, and contribute to a high-performing team focused on quality, consistency, and service excellence in a fast-paced, time-pressured environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Computer literate with a strong working knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- • Proven experience of learning complex software packages
- • Fluent or professional-level Japanese language skills, both written and verbal, are highly preferred for this role
- • Good knowledge of spoken and written English
- • Experience working in a data-driven environment, where attention to detail was imperative
- • Experience in a fast-paced environment, working in a target driven role
