- • As Events and Community Manager at Primer Technologies, you will own the full lifecycle of owned brand events and sponsored activations, driving pipeline, customer retention, and advocacy through strategic event experiences that align with commercial goals.
- • Day to day, you will build and execute the events calendar, partner with Sales to generate qualified pipeline, lead sponsored event strategy with ROI focus, collaborate with Customer Success to deepen relationships, develop community and advocacy programs, track and report on key metrics like pipeline influenced and NPS, and elevate creative execution across all event touchpoints.
- • You will join Primer’s Marketing team, which sets the standard for the payments ecosystem by sparking demand, driving product adoption, and delighting customers at every stage — all while supporting a mission-driven, remote-first culture backed by top-tier investors.
- • In this role, you will learn to measure and optimize event impact using data, sharpen your cross-functional leadership with Sales and Customer Success, deepen your expertise in B2B SaaS event strategy, and grow your ability to turn customers into advocates through community-building initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in an events or field marketing role, ideally within a B2B SaaS or tech environment
- • Proven track record of owning both owned brand events and sponsored activations end-to-end
- • Commercially minded — thinks in pipeline, not just headcount or attendee numbers
- • Strong project management skills; able to juggle multiple events at different stages simultaneously
- • Excellent cross-functional collaborator — comfortable working daily with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success stakeholders
- • Confident communicator who can influence internally and build relationships externally with vendors, venues, and partners
- • Data-driven — comfortable in CRM and marketing analytics tools to measure and report on impact
