📋 Description

• As Partly's first UK Events & Community Marketer, you will turn Partly into a movement in the UK collision and aftermarket repair industry by building trust-based relationships with bodyshop owners and parts dealers through events, ambassador programs, and social media.
• Day to day, you will build the Partly Community across UK repairers and suppliers, own social media channels end-to-end, plan and execute the annual conference and awards, organize regional roundtables, launch a hero ambassador program, nurture industry relationships, produce case studies and email nurtures, and manage the annual budget for community, events, and social initiatives.
• Partly is a global platform for replacement parts founded by ex-Rocket Lab engineers, backed by investors including Blackbird Ventures, Square Peg, and Figma co-founder Dylan Field, with a mission to eliminate waste in the $1.9 trillion auto parts industry through universal searchability and accessibility of parts.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in B2B community building within the automotive aftermarket, master behavioral design for incentive programs, gain end-to-end ownership of events and social strategy, and become a trusted industry connector who turns real-world interactions into scalable content and advocacy.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years building community in a B2B operator market such as automotive, trades, hospitality, healthcare, or professional services, with experience building programs from zero
• Proven ability to run owned social media channels with a consistent voice and convert real-world moments into shareable content
• End-to-end experience operating owner-level dinners, conferences, and awards programs without outsourcing logistics
• Skill in building trust with business owners through listening and relationship-building in informal settings like bodyshops or dealer back offices
• Ability to manage a £1M budget with rigor, defending cost-per-incremental-WAR-site against alternative spends
• Comfort with 30–40% UK travel for field engagement in car parks, back offices, industry events, and regional hubs
