- • As Events Lead, Executive Programs at Neara Inc., you will design and deliver executive-caliber experiences that reflect the sophistication of the brand and the seniority of the audience, transforming events into a strategic advantage for a company creating physics-enabled digital twins of electricity grids to empower utilities against extreme weather.
- • You will own Neara’s most high-impact executive events and conference touchpoints end-to-end, including designing curated executive summits, advisory gatherings, and private customer events with white-glove precision, owning end-to-end strategy and presence at global flagship conferences, and building premium, cohesive conference marketing kits that signal category leadership.
- • You will act as the cross-functional command center, ensuring alignment across Sales, Marketing, Product, Leadership, PMM, Comms, Execs, and vendors, while building scalable global systems for event planning, vendor management, and budget control, and establishing rigorous master project plans with clear owners, timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
- • You will elevate webinars into polished digital experiences, orchestrate adjacent executive experiences like private dinners and invite-only briefings, shape event agendas in partnership with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership for commercial and narrative alignment, and ensure post-event follow-up, reporting, and pipeline tracking are tightly coordinated with Sales to drive pipeline impact.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience designing and delivering executive-caliber events, summits, advisory gatherings, and private customer gatherings with white-glove precision
- • Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end event strategy and presence at global flagship conferences, including building premium conference marketing kits (booth, materials, swag, environment)
- • Strong cross-functional coordination skills to align Sales, Marketing, Product, Leadership, PMM, Comms, Execs, and vendors as a central command center
- • Experience building scalable systems for event planning, vendor management, budget control, and rigorous master project planning with clear owners, timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation
