- • Events Manager at Vibe, Inc. plays a pivotal role in driving pipeline and strengthening brand presence through strategic, high-impact events — from trade shows and executive dinners to webinars and partner activations — directly contributing to the company’s rapid growth in the $100B streaming TV advertising market.
- • The person will own end-to-end event execution, ensuring seamless logistics, budget discipline, vendor coordination, and brand-aligned experiences that translate into measurable business outcomes like attendance, pipeline influence, and ROI.
- • Vibe is a fast-scaling, venture-backed startup recognized as a category-defining platform in streaming TV advertising, trusted by over 10,000 brands and backed by elite investors including Hedosophia, Elaia, and angels from Disney and Coca-Cola, operating at the intersection of performance marketing and next-gen media.
- • The Events team operates cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Design, and Enablement, offering the opportunity to shape and scale an evolving events playbook in a high-ambition, urgent environment where ownership and impact are rewarded.
- • In this role, the Events Manager will develop expertise in experiential marketing strategy, advanced vendor and budget management, cross-functional leadership, and data-driven event optimization — gaining ownership over initiatives that directly influence revenue and brand perception in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle of events: developing detailed timelines, run-of-show documents, and contingency plans; overseeing trade show logistics including booth design, fabrication, shipping, installation, and asset tracking; identifying, onboarding, and managing external vendors, agencies, and freelancers; negotiating contracts and pricing to maximize value while maintaining quality; briefing and coordinating with internal teams to produce on-brand collateral such as flyers, signage, presentations, and branded merchandise; ensuring all materials are proofread, approved, and delivered on schedule; owning event-level budgets, tracking spend in real time, flagging variances, and reporting on success metrics tied to attendance, pipeline, and ROI; ensuring every event aligns with a clear narrative, audience strategy, and intended business outcome; continuously improving processes by applying learnings from past events to refine the playbook; and traveling as needed to support on-site execution with flexible hours around event schedules.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of experience in event or experiential marketing, or a related role
- • Proven hands-on ownership of trade shows, executive dinners, webinars, or similar events
- • Strong vendor negotiation and budget management skills with ability to track spending and report on ROI
- • Excellent cross-functional communication and comfort working with Sales, Marketing, Design, and Enablement teams
- • Experience with event management tools (e.g., Splash, Eventbrite, Cvent) is a plus
- • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours around event schedules
