- • As the Events Manager at Marketing Architects, you will own the company’s events strategy and execution, playing a pivotal role in building brand awareness and creating meaningful in-person connections with prospective clients, particularly CMOs and senior marketing leaders, to drive new business opportunities and support the company’s mission to reimagine TV advertising.
- • You will plan and manage Marketing Architects’ annual events calendar, including conferences, sponsorships, hosted dinners, and company events, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and sales objectives while representing the brand at industry gatherings across the United States.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading end-to-end event execution—from logistics and vendor coordination to onsite management—ensuring seamless delivery of high-impact experiences that reflect the company’s values and strategic goals.
- • You will travel to 5–10 conferences and industry events annually (approximately 10–15% travel), spending 3–4 days per event, primarily in spring and fall, to engage prospects, manage activations, and represent Marketing Architects in-market.
- • A core part of your role will involve designing in-person experiences that maximize face time with senior marketing leaders, fostering relationships that contribute to pipeline growth and brand visibility.
- • You will oversee a $1M+ annual events budget, managing financial accountability and ensuring that sponsorships and event activations deliver measurable returns in terms of engagement, lead generation, and campaign support.
- • Collaboration will be essential, as you partner closely with marketing and sales teams to integrate event initiatives into broader campaigns and business development efforts, ensuring consistency in messaging and strategic alignment.
- • You will leverage event management platforms, CRM tools, and marketing automation systems to track engagement, measure outcomes, and optimize future event strategies based on data-driven insights.
- • Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and sitting on the Marketing team, you will contribute to a culture that values initiative, humility, and intelligence, where teamwork and continuous learning are foundational to success.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience managing conferences, sponsorships, or experiential marketing programs
- • Background in marketing, advertising, or agency environments with ability to engage credibly with CMOs and senior marketing leaders
- • Experience managing complex events and logistics with significant budgets ($500K+ preferred)
- • Familiarity with event management platforms, CRM tools, or marketing automation systems used to track event engagement and outcomes
