  • • The Events Marketing Manager will own and execute Pivotal Health’s event and conference program, which includes exhibiting at 20–30 industry conferences annually and hosting internal networking events, playing a key role in driving business demand through field marketing.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing end-to-end conference logistics (booth design, staffing, vendor coordination, materials shipping, on-site problem-solving), evaluating and prioritizing the event calendar with sales and leadership, running internal prep and communications, building scalable event infrastructure (tracking spreadsheets, vendor rosters, budget templates), executing hosted events like networking dinners and roundtables, driving integrated event marketing via email, LinkedIn, and on-site assets, producing collateral in Canva or Figma, pursuing thought leadership opportunities, and closing the loop on events through lead follow-up, learnings documentation, and ROI tracking.
  • • Pivotal Health is a technology platform that helps healthcare providers recover fair reimbursement from insurance companies by combining software, data, and service into an AI-driven solution that simplifies complex reimbursement workflows like Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR), reducing administrative burden and enabling providers to operate with clarity and confidence.
  • • In this role, the person will develop end-to-end event ownership skills, gain exposure to senior leadership and sales strategy, build scalable marketing systems, and directly impact pipeline generation through high-touch field marketing in the healthcare technology space.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1–3 years of experience in B2B event coordination, field marketing, or a closely related role, ideally at a startup in tech or healthcare
  • • Proficient in HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform, and fluent in spreadsheets, especially budget tracking
  • • Comfortable working directly with sales and senior leadership, able to communicate effectively with enterprise AEs and VPs
  • • Startup-oriented mindset: proactive, self-directed, and eager to build systems rather than follow a playbook
  • • Experience with project management tools like Asana or Notion
  • • Prior experience in B2B SaaS or healthcare/health tech (extra credit)
