  • • ServiceTitan is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Events Specialist to play a pivotal role in supporting and executing its comprehensive field events program. This role is crucial for enhancing ServiceTitan's presence at a variety of engagements, including but not limited to field marketing events, impactful campaign activations, exclusive hosted customer experiences, strategic networking events, and significant industry conferences. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Events, the Events Specialist will be entrusted with the end-to-end management of field events, encompassing every stage from initial pre-planning and meticulous coordination to seamless on-site production and rigorous performance measurement.
  • • The ideal candidate will embody a potent combination of exceptional organizational skills, an unwavering attention to detail, and a data-driven approach to event management. A proven background in event planning is essential, coupled with a genuine passion for crafting engaging, memorable, and impactful experiences that deeply resonate with attendees. This individual should possess an energetic and creative mindset, demonstrating resourcefulness in overcoming challenges and maintaining a calm, collected demeanor even under high-pressure situations. The ability to travel up to 25% annually is a requirement for this position, and the role is open to remote candidates within the US.
  • • Key responsibilities include the meticulous execution of logistical and coordination tasks for all field events ServiceTitan participates in. This involves a wide spectrum of duties, such as identifying and securing suitable venues, negotiating and finalizing contracts, developing and implementing effective event marketing and promotional strategies, managing staffing and resource allocation to ensure optimal event flow, cultivating and managing relationships with external vendors, overseeing seamless on-site execution, and performing various other related duties to ensure event success.
  • • A critical aspect of this role involves close collaboration with the Senior Manager, Events, to guarantee that all field events are strategically aligned with the overarching company objectives and departmental goals. Furthermore, the Events Specialist will partner closely with various internal stakeholders to ensure that field events are seamlessly integrated into broader marketing campaigns. This cross-functional collaboration is vital for maintaining consistency in messaging, themes, and the overall event vision, thereby maximizing the impact of marketing efforts.
  • • The role demands strong project management capabilities, requiring the Events Specialist to effectively lead and manage both internal stakeholders and external vendors. This includes establishing clear and achievable event timelines, diligently monitoring progress, and ensuring that all deadlines and deliverables are met consistently and punctually. This proactive approach to project management is key to preventing last-minute crises and ensuring a smooth event experience.
  • • Collaboration extends across multiple departments, including Customer Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Demand Generation, Creative, Sales, Business Development, and Marketing Operations. The Events Specialist will be instrumental in fostering these cross-functional partnerships to drive successful event outcomes, ensuring that each event contributes meaningfully to the company's broader business objectives.
  • • A significant part of the role involves regularly assessing event performance and meticulously measuring outcomes against predefined goals. This requires leveraging key metrics such as attendance numbers, attendee engagement levels, lead generation effectiveness, and overall return on investment (ROI). The Events Specialist will utilize event management and analytics tools to gather data, derive insights, and continuously optimize future event strategies for enhanced impact and efficiency.
  • • The Events Specialist will also play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of ServiceTitan's flagship event, Pantheon, by independently managing specific projects directly related to this major user conference. This opportunity allows for significant ownership and contribution to one of the company's most important annual events.
