- • The Procurement Internship at EverCommerce offers a unique opportunity to support end-to-end procure-to-pay (P2P) operations while contributing to the digital transformation of the service economy through innovative SaaS solutions serving over 725,000 customers across Home & Field Services, Health Services, and Wellness industries.
- • This remote, US-based internship is designed for rising junior and senior students seeking hands-on experience in procurement, finance operations, supply chain, or business process improvement, with direct exposure to enterprise systems and cross-functional collaboration.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with purchase requisition reviews, PO creation, supplier record updates, and invoice exception resolution to ensure smooth P2P transaction flow.
- • Interns will monitor P2P workflow queues, support timely escalation of blocked invoices or delayed approvals, and help analyze supplier spend, invoice trends, and cycle times to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- • A key part of the role involves updating and developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), process maps, and training materials through interviews, shadowing sessions, and system walkthroughs to document current-state processes.
- • Interns will support continuous improvement initiatives by conducting root cause analysis on recurring P2P issues such as invoice mismatches, supplier setup delays, and approval bottlenecks, while assisting with testing new system features and validating data during UAT cycles.
- • They will also assist with supplier onboarding, including documentation collection, profile updates, and vendor information validation, while providing basic P2P process support to internal stakeholders and tracking open actions or missing documentation.

🎯 Requirements
- • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support process improvement initiatives.
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
- • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities, exercising discretion and good judgment when handling sensitive information.
- • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and collaborate across teams.
- • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; willing to travel to Denver, Colorado for intern kickoff week and executive presentations.
