• • Design, deploy, and manage AWS ECS-based containerized workloads using Terraform and Spacelift.io to modernize cloud infrastructure.
• • Build and optimize a self-service developer platform using Backstage.io to enable autonomous service deployment across engineering teams.
• • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for automated testing, security scanning, and zero-downtime deployments.
• • Automate server and container configurations with Ansible to ensure consistent, version-controlled, and scalable infrastructure patterns.
• • Embed security and compliance controls into infrastructure and workflows, implementing RBAC, policy enforcement, and GitOps methodologies for auditability.
• • Implement observability solutions including logging, monitoring, and alerting using tools like CloudWatch and NewRelic to ensure platform reliability.
• • Define and enforce SLAs, SLOs, and on-call runbooks to maintain high availability and rapid incident response for production and non-production environments.
• • Troubleshoot performance, availability, and scaling issues in containerized and cloud-native environments to ensure system resilience.
• • Standardize infrastructure-as-code (IaC) practices across teams to promote repeatability, immutability, and operational efficiency.
• • Collaborate with engineering, security, and DevOps teams to align platform capabilities with enterprise security, compliance, and scalability requirements.
• • Support developers with automated service provisioning and self-service tools to reduce friction and accelerate delivery cycles.
• • Ensure infrastructure changes are traceable, auditable, and governed through policy-as-code automation and version-controlled repositories.
• • Optimize cloud infrastructure for cost efficiency and operational performance while maintaining security and compliance standards.
• • Drive adoption of DevOps best practices including infrastructure immutability, automated testing, and continuous delivery across the organization.
• • Participate in incident resolution and root cause analysis to improve system reliability and reduce recurrence of production issues.
