- • As a Payments Project Manager at EverCommerce, you will own the execution of discrete payments projects across the EverHealth portfolio, translating leadership-defined scope into actionable plans and ensuring timely, measurable delivery of initiatives that support the company’s mission to digitally transform the service economy.
- • Day to day, you will build detailed project plans and workback schedules, manage timelines and dependencies, coordinate cross-functional teams across Payments, Customer Success, Implementation, Sales, Product, and Support, maintain rigorous tracking of milestones and risks, run kick-offs and retrospectives, document decisions and outcomes, and escalate system or process gaps impacting project delivery.

- • In this role, you will develop expertise in payments project execution within a fast-growing SaaS environment, strengthen your cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills, gain exposure to fintech operations and process improvement initiatives, and contribute directly to scalable, measurable outcomes that inform future payments strategy and delivery.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field; equivalent practical experience considered
- • 2-5 years of experience in fintech, SaaS operations, or payments systems, with strong preference for relevant background
- • Demonstrated track record of owning and delivering complex, cross-functional projects end-to-end on scope, on time, and with measurable outcomes
- • Strong project management skills including scoping, workplan development, milestone tracking, dependency management, risk and issue management, RACI definition, and stakeholder communication; PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification a plus
- • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and proficiency with project management tooling (e.g., Asana, Notion) to build and maintain workplans, dashboards, and status trackers
- • Excellent attention to detail, documentation skills, and ability to translate payments concepts into clear guidance for non-technical audiences
- • Analytical mindset with comfort working with data and metrics, and proven ability to build relationships and drive cross-functional results
