• • The intern will join the EverPro AI team, collaborating closely with AI and Product teams to support the company-wide intern program, enhance EverPro AI Team processes, and assist Product Leadership in creating essential documentation. A key aspect of this role involves participating in ad hoc Agentic projects, providing exposure to cutting-edge AI development.
• • This position is strategically positioned at the nexus of user research, AI strategy, and platform product management. The intern will play a crucial role in defining and developing reusable AI capabilities that will be deployed across EverCommerce's diverse portfolio of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products.
• • The core responsibility involves translating complex user needs, thorough competitive intelligence, and insightful data analysis into scalable agentic and tooling solutions. These solutions will be instrumental in powering intelligent experiences for customers and internal stakeholders across the entire business.
• • A significant part of the role will involve conducting in-depth qualitative and quantitative research. This research will focus on understanding the intricate user needs, daily workflows, and specific pain points experienced by users across various SaaS products within the EverCommerce portfolio. • • The intern will also be tasked with analyzing the competitive landscape. • • A critical function will be partnering with Product and Engineering leaders to conduct a comprehensive inventory and assessment of available first-party data. This includes customer data, usage patterns, operational metrics, and behavioral data, all of which are vital for training AI models and generating valuable user-facing insights.
• • The role requires synthesizing findings from user research, competitive analysis, and data exploration into clearly defined opportunity areas. These opportunities will focus on the development of reusable AI agents, sophisticated tools, and robust platform capabilities that can be leveraged across multiple products.
• • The intern will be responsible for developing detailed concept briefs, outlining new workflows, and formulating precise problem statements for AI-powered solutions. These solutions will be designed for deployment through EverCommerce's centralized AI platform and its agentic architecture.
