📋 Description
- • As an Events Manager for EverCommerce's Service Nation brand, you will play a critical role in planning, producing, and executing high-impact conferences, trade shows, and live events that drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, partner relationships, and attendee engagement.
- • Day to day, you will assist with event strategy and execution, manage speaker and sponsor relationships, oversee audiovisual production and technical operations, coordinate logistics including travel and lodging, handle administrative tasks such as budget tracking and invoice processing, and provide onsite leadership during events by managing staff, volunteers, and vendor partners while resolving real-time issues.
- • You will join a dynamic, distributed team at EverCommerce, a leading service commerce platform transforming the service economy with SaaS solutions for 725,000+ customers across Home & Field Services, Health Services, and Wellness industries, with a culture rooted in innovation, collaboration, and inclusivity.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in end-to-end event management, strengthen cross-functional collaboration skills with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership teams, gain experience managing large-scale multi-day events, and grow your ability to lead complex logistics and onsite operations while contributing to measurable business outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of experience in event management, conference production, trade show management, or live event planning
- • Experience managing large-scale conferences and multi-day events
- • Experience sourcing and managing event talent, speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors
- • Knowledge of audiovisual production and event technology
- • Proficiency with Microsoft, Cvent, and project management platforms
- • Exceptional project management and organizational skills
