- • As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager at EverCommerce, you will play a pivotal role in transforming how home and field service small businesses engage with their customers through Joist, EverPro’s flagship invoicing and business management solution. Your work will directly influence customer activation, retention, feature adoption, and revenue growth by designing and optimizing end-to-end lifecycle experiences that align with product-led growth strategies. This role sits at the critical intersection of marketing, product, data, and growth, where your ability to translate customer insights into behavior-driven initiatives will have measurable impact on business outcomes.
- • You will own the strategy, design, and execution of lifecycle journeys across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging, ensuring each touchpoint is purposeful, data-informed, and aligned with customer needs and business goals. This includes defining target segments, articulating the behavioral outcomes each experience aims to influence, and coordinating with product and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration with in-product experiences. You will develop hypotheses for how lifecycle initiatives contribute to activation, retention, adoption, and monetization, using directional impact modeling and customer economics to prioritize efforts based on potential value and feasibility.
- • Collaboration is central to this role—you will partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, Growth, Payments, and Data teams to align messaging, share insights, and influence cross-functional decisions. You’ll work with Product Marketing Managers to ensure lifecycle communications reflect approved positioning and customer readiness, while also escalating tradeoffs when initiatives have broader portfolio implications. Your ability to influence without direct authority will be key to driving alignment and momentum across teams.
- • You will manage the full lifecycle of complex initiatives—from concept and coordination to execution and optimization—balancing multiple projects while adapting to shifting priorities. This includes working with marketing automation, creative, and analytics teams to bring experiences to life, monitoring performance using shared measurement frameworks, and designing and running experiments to test new approaches. You’ll analyze results to identify drivers of success or underperformance and translate learnings into clear recommendations for iteration and scale.
- • Beyond execution, you will serve as a thought leader and informal advisor within the marketing organization, sharing best practices, insights, and learnings that elevate team effectiveness. You’ll contribute to the continuous improvement of lifecycle and growth practices across EverCommerce, helping to build a culture of experimentation, customer-centricity, and data-driven marketing. In this role, you’ll grow your expertise in PLG environments, deepen your skills in customer journey orchestration, and gain ownership over initiatives that directly impact business outcomes—positioning you for advancement into senior marketing or growth leadership roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- • 5–7+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, or customer marketing roles
- • Proven experience owning customer journeys tied to business outcomes, not just channel execution
- • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with demonstrated ability to use data to inform decisions and model directional impact
- • Experience working in B2B SaaS or Product-Led Growth (PLG) environments
- • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without direct authority
