EverWell - Product Designer (Remote, New Zealand)

📋 Description

• • Lead end-to-end product design for Timely and SalonBiz desktop and mobile applications within the EverWell vertical of EverCommerce.
• • Deliver user-centred design solutions that solve meaningful customer problems and improve user outcomes in a SaaS environment serving over 30,000 beauty professionals across 100 countries.
• • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Research teams to shape product direction and drive high-quality design outcomes.
• • Plan and conduct UX validation activities including user testing, journey mapping, and analytics to inform iterative design decisions.
• • Define and measure UX success metrics aligned to product and business goals to ensure design impact is quantifiable and actionable.
• • Create and maintain responsive web and iOS design experiences with strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
• • Contribute to the development and evolution of design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
• • Advocate for user needs and UX best practices within cross-functional agile teams, navigating ambiguity and driving stakeholder alignment.
• • Communicate design rationale clearly through presentations, prototypes, and work-in-progress reviews to build consensus and foster collaboration.
• • Participate in team culture, rituals, onboarding, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen the design team’s effectiveness and cohesion.
• • Work remotely from anywhere in New Zealand with flexibility to choose between home or office environments in Auckland, Wellington, or Dunedin.
