- • As Senior Vice President of Engineering at EverWell (an EverCommerce vertical), you will lead the global technology function for Timely and SalonBiz, owning technology strategy, engineering execution, and platform evolution to drive commercial growth and operational maturity across beauty industry SaaS solutions serving 30,000+ customers in 100 countries.
- • You will define and execute long-term technology strategy, lead global engineering teams across distributed environments, drive platform scalability and security, own engineering operational performance, partner with Product on technology-business alignment, build high-performing engineering cultures, act as the executive voice of technology, and ensure strong governance and compliance practices.
- • EverWell is part of EverCommerce, a leading service commerce platform on a mission to digitally transform the service economy with tailored SaaS solutions that simplify and empower the lives of 725,000+ customers in Home & Field Services, Health Services, and Wellness industries, with a culture rooted in inclusion, work-life balance, and continuous growth.

🎯 Requirements
- • Significant senior technology leadership experience within SaaS, ideally across multiple products, business units, or platforms
- • Proven success leading and scaling engineering organisations in high-growth technology environments
- • Experience owning technology strategy at an executive level, with strong commercial and operational acumen
- • Deep understanding of modern SaaS architecture, platform strategy, cloud technologies, DevOps, and engineering best practices
- • Track record of building inclusive, empowered, and high-performing engineering cultures
- • Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences
