- • As the Executive Ops partner to the CEO at Welltheory, Inc., you will serve as a strategic backbone to the CEO, ensuring seamless operations at the leadership level of a fast-growing, mission-driven digital health startup. This role is critical to enabling the CEO to focus on high-impact decisions by managing time, communication, logistics, and follow-through with exceptional initiative and discretion.
- • Day to day, you will own the CEO’s calendar end-to-end, triage inbox and Slack communications, draft professional external correspondence, manage complex travel logistics, maintain a live tracker of commitments, support cross-functional projects, and optimize the CEO’s Notion workspace using AI tools like Claude to increase efficiency and systematize repetitive work.
