- • The Executive Assistant at Ping Identity provides high-level administrative support to executives and senior leadership, playing a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office by managing priorities, maintaining confidentiality, and facilitating efficient communication.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel and event logistics, serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, preparing and editing correspondence and presentations, supporting board and executive materials, conducting research, handling confidential information, collaborating across teams, and proactively identifying process improvements.
