- • As an Executive Assistant at Centene Corporation, you will play a critical role in supporting senior leadership by managing administrative functions, enabling executives to focus on strategic priorities that impact the health and well-being of 28 million members across the nation.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include communicating and interpreting administrative policies, preparing reports and statistics, coordinating meetings and events (including arranging facilities, caterers, speakers, and materials), handling confidential and time-sensitive information, drafting correspondence, and resolving a wide range of office administrative situations.
- • You will join a diversified, national healthcare organization committed to transforming community health, where your contributions directly support operational efficiency and leadership effectiveness in a mission-driven environment.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced administrative and organizational skills, gain exposure to executive-level operations, and enhance your ability to manage complex schedules, confidential information, and cross-functional coordination—positioning you for growth in executive support or operations management.
🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or equivalent
- • 5+ years of related administrative experience with knowledge of office concepts, practices, and procedures
- • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant preferred
- • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
- • Candidates residing in Pacific Standard Time (PST) are preferred
