📋 Description

• • As an Executive Assistant at Lucis Technologies, Inc., you will serve as the operational backbone for the founders in Paris, enabling them to focus on high-impact work by managing complex logistics and ensuring seamless company operations.
• • You will own founder velocity by managing multi-time-zone calendars and travel, triage high-volume inboxes with full accountability, oversee the Paris HQ including vendor management and VIP hosting, handle invoice payments and HR admin, design logistics for team events and marketing pop-ups, and act as a founder proxy by shielding deep work time while being the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• • Lucis Technologies is building the OS for human longevity, aiming to make preventive health the default across Europe. The company operates with rigor, radical ownership, and velocity, leveraging AI as a core engine to automate repetitive tasks and empower teams to focus on high-value work.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in executive support within a high-growth health-tech startup, master cross-cultural stakeholder management in a European context, gain hands-on experience with AI-driven operational automation, and contribute directly to scaling a mission-driven organization focused on extending healthy human lifespans.
