📋 Description

• • Provide high-level executive support to Global Vice Presidents within the PLGTM organization at ClickUp, ensuring seamless daily operations and enabling leadership to focus on strategic priorities in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• • Operate with significant autonomy to assess incoming requests, set priorities, manage complex calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel, prepare executive communications and presentation materials, support event planning, and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
• • Collaborate with administrative professionals and cross-functional teams to align on processes, ensure consistent support across the organization, and contribute to the efficient functioning of executive operations.
• • Develop advanced skills in executive support, strategic prioritization, confidential information management, and cross-functional coordination while contributing to ClickUp’s mission of redefining the future of work through AI-powered productivity tools.
• • The role is based in the Philippines and requires flexibility to align with Pacific Standard Time (PST) to effectively support ClickUp’s global leadership team, offering exposure to international business operations and executive-level workflows.
