📋 Description
- • Provide comprehensive administrative support to two executives in the Business Development and Strategic Initiatives teams, managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating cross-functional alignment across multiple locations.
- • Process expense reports, compose and prepare confidential correspondence, and arrange domestic and international travel with attention to detail and timeliness.
- • Coordinate scheduling for executives’ direct reports, ensuring optimal time management and alignment across internal teams and external stakeholders.
- • Plan, organize, and execute leadership offsites, team events, and company-wide gatherings, including agenda development, vendor coordination, logistics, and on-site support.
- • Develop agendas, document meeting notes, track action items, and ensure follow-through to enhance the effectiveness of leadership meetings.
- • Design and implement new administrative processes to improve team collaboration, communication, and operational efficiency across the executive team.
- • Collaborate closely with other Executive Assistants and Workplace Managers to coordinate corporate travel, conference registrations, and office-wide events.
- • Perform personal errands and tasks for leadership as needed, maintaining discretion and professionalism at all times.
- • Handle a wide range of clerical and administrative duties as assigned, adapting quickly to evolving priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive business, financial, and personnel information.
- • Create clear, compelling presentations, decks, and executive communications using Google Workspace tools (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Drive).
- • Work on-site five days per week in Denver, CO, with occasional flexibility outside standard hours to support urgent executive needs.
- • Contribute to Crusoe’s culture by embodying company values and supporting a mission-driven, high-performing team focused on AI infrastructure and energy innovation.
- • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows, anticipate executive needs, and improve productivity without prompting.
- • Serve as a trusted partner to leadership by ensuring seamless coordination, clear communication, and operational excellence across all administrative functions.
