📋 Description

• • As Executive Assistant at ElevenLabs, you will serve as the operational backbone for the Growth Lead and wider Growth team, ensuring seamless coordination and execution in a fast-paced, high-impact AI company where your organizational excellence directly enables leadership effectiveness and team scalability.
• • Day to day, you will manage complex, fast-moving calendars across time zones, handle end-to-end travel logistics (flights, accommodation, ground transport), coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including senior leaders and partners, handle sensitive matters with discretion, and proactively anticipate needs by managing follow-ups, flagging conflicts, and building scalable systems and processes.
