- • As an Executive Assistant at Resend Inc., you will serve as a critical enabler for the CEO and executive office, ensuring seamless operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where over 1 million developers rely on the platform. Your role is pivotal in allowing leadership to focus on strategic priorities by managing complex logistics, communications, and administrative demands across time zones.
- • You will provide daily executive support by triaging the CEO’s inbox, managing a dynamic calendar across multiple time zones, preparing for meetings with context and follow-ups, and handling confidential communications with discretion and professionalism.
- • You will anticipate needs and solve problems proactively—identifying bottlenecks before they arise, streamlining workflows, and ensuring the executive office runs smoothly even amid shifting priorities and rapid scaling.
- • You will manage end-to-end travel logistics for the executive team and hosted events, including booking flights, accommodations, ground transportation, visa support, and itinerary coordination, while adhering to budget and policy guidelines.
- • You will support internal and external events by liaising with vendors, processing purchase orders, managing shipping logistics for swag or equipment, and overseeing on-site or virtual event execution in partnership with the Ops team.
- • You will own special projects and ad hoc requests from the executive office, ranging from research initiatives and process improvements to preparing board materials or supporting investor relations efforts, demonstrating flexibility and ownership.
- • You will act as backup support for internal services such as HR, finance, or IT when needed, ensuring continuity of operations and contributing to a resilient, collaborative team culture.
- • You will join a fully remote team of 35 humans across 11 countries, working with modern tools like Raycast, Notion, Claude, and Slack, in an environment that values autonomy, low ego, honest communication, and the mindset to 'just ship it'—where your initiative directly impacts scalability and execution excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience providing executive assistant support to senior leadership in fast-scaling or high-growth environments
- • Exceptional attention to detail combined with the ability to work quickly and maintain high-quality output under pressure
- • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism
- • Comfort operating in ambiguous situations and taking proactive ownership of tasks without waiting for direction
