You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office, managing a broad remit of responsibilities that directly impact the company's direction and success. This is an opportunity to take ownership from day one, working alongside exceptional individuals who are dedicated to innovation and problem-solving, contributing to the growth of one of the UK's fastest-growing tech unicorns.
- • In this multifaceted role, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a wide array of critical administrative and organizational functions. You will be entrusted with complex diary management, meticulously scheduling meetings, and preparing comprehensive agendas to ensure all executive engagements are productive and well-prepared. A significant part of your role will involve detailed inbox management, acting as the primary point of contact for emails on behalf of the CEO, CCO, and COO. This includes responding to correspondence, tracking the progress of action items, and ensuring all communications are handled with the utmost efficiency and professionalism. Furthermore, you will manage all aspects of travel booking, from initial arrangements of flights, visas, and accommodation to the creation of detailed itineraries, ensuring seamless travel experiences for the executives. You will be responsible for providing thorough preparation for all meetings, including gathering necessary documents and information, and will be expected to take accurate minutes, capturing key discussions, decisions, and action items to ensure follow-through and accountability. A key aspect of your contribution will be proactively identifying potential issues and conflicts before they arise, proposing effective solutions to mitigate risks and maintain operational fluidity. You will also be tasked with drafting reports and presentations, synthesizing information and presenting it clearly and concisely for executive review. Undertaking various ad-hoc research projects will be a regular duty, requiring you to gather and analyze information on diverse topics to support strategic initiatives. Managing expenses and bank statements will also fall under your purview, ensuring financial records are accurate and up-to-date. Your involvement in a variety of ongoing projects will offer diverse challenges and opportunities to contribute to different facets of the business. Additionally, you will play a key role in assisting with the arrangement of events, including lunches, dinners, conferences, and annual trips, coordinating logistics to ensure successful outcomes.
- • You will be joining Lendable, a rapidly growing FinTech company that is building the world's best technology to help people access credit and save money. As one of the UK's newest unicorns, Lendable boasts a team of over 700 passionate individuals and has been profitable since 2017. Lendable has successfully re-engineered major consumer finance products, including loans, credit cards, and car finance, enabling customers to receive funds in minutes. The company is aggressively expanding into the UK and US markets, targeting trillions of dollars in financial products currently held by traditional banks with outdated systems.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a high-impact environment. You will gain invaluable experience supporting C-suite executives in a leading FinTech company, enhancing your ability to manage complex schedules, communications, and projects. You can expect to deepen your understanding of the financial services industry and the operational intricacies of a fast-growing tech business. The position encourages proactive problem-solving and independent decision-making, fostering significant professional growth. By taking ownership of a broad remit and contributing to strategic initiatives, you will have the chance to make a material impact on Lendable's success and build a strong foundation for a career in executive support or broader business operations within the tech sector.
