  • • As an Executive Assistant at Risepoint Holdings LLC, you will provide high-level support to C-suite leaders including the Chief Business Officer and Chief Legal Officer, enabling them to operate efficiently and focus on strategic priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • • You will manage complex calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel, serve as a trusted liaison between executives and internal/external partners, oversee expense reporting, organize executive meetings and events, and proactively anticipate needs to drive follow-through on key initiatives.
  • • Risepoint is an education technology company that partners with over 100 universities and colleges to develop high-ROI, workforce-focused online degree programs in nursing, teaching, business, and public service, with a mission to increase access to affordable education for working adults.
  • • In this role, you will develop advanced executive support skills, strengthen your ability to manage competing priorities across time zones, gain experience with AI tools for workflow efficiency, and contribute directly to organizational effectiveness and mission-driven impact.
