- • As an Executive Assistant at Liquid AI, you will serve as the connective tissue for the leadership team, ensuring alignment, information flow, and focus on high-leverage work across GTM, Product, and Engineering.
- • You will manage complex, shifting calendars for C-suite leaders, track action items and decisions, maintain visibility into cross-functional workstreams, and serve as the operational information hub where context is preserved and nothing falls through the cracks.
- • You will own the end-to-end experience for partner and customer visits at the San Francisco office, including logistics, preparation, and atmosphere, while also coordinating global travel between Boston and San Francisco offices.
- • You will lead the planning and execution of SF office events, regional meetings, client dinners, and conference logistics, including vendor sourcing and budget management, and provide backup coverage for the CEO’s Executive Assistant.
- • You will thrive in ambiguity by anticipating needs, identifying meeting preparation gaps, surfacing conflicts, and ensuring the right materials are ready before being asked—turning shifting priorities into solvable puzzles.
- • You will work closely with external partners, technical leadership, and cross-functional teams, adapting your communication style to drive concise updates and effective follow-ups across audiences.
- • You will gain direct exposure to founders and commercial leadership, developing deep business context awareness and strategic insight into high-stakes decision-making in a fast-growing AI company.
- • You will build expertise in executive support, event production, travel coordination, and stakeholder management within a high-growth, mission-driven technology environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience supporting multiple executives in fast-paced, high-growth tech and/or sales/GTM environments
- • Proven ability to manage shifting priorities, anticipate needs, and operate beyond core administrative tasks
- • Experience managing complex calendars, coordinating international travel, and planning high-stakes events with vendor and budget oversight
- • Proficiency in Google Workspace and strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- • Ability to work in the San Francisco office 4 days per week
