- • As Program Manager of Workato Cares, you will drive the launch and ongoing evolution of Workato’s global philanthropy and social impact initiatives, helping non-profit organizations flourish through AI and automation while advancing Workato’s Pledge 1% commitment.
- • You will lead the rollout of employee giving programs and product donation efforts, build and nurture partnerships with nonprofits and internal teams, serve as a thought partner to leadership, and develop reporting frameworks to measure impact against Millionfold Impact goals.
- • Workato delivers enterprise infrastructure for the agentic era, unifying data, applications, processes, and AI into a governed platform trusted by 50% of the Fortune 500, with a culture rooted in flexibility, trust, innovation, and balancing productivity with self-care.
- • In this role, you will deepen Workato’s relationships with NGOs and community stakeholders, educate internal teams on social impact best practices, oversee all Workato Cares projects, and contribute to ambitious goals: impacting 1 million people, delivering $10M in product donations, and generating $100M in cost savings for nonprofits worldwide.
🎯 Requirements
- • More than 5 years of experience in program or project management, ideally within corporate philanthropy, corporate social responsibility, or the nonprofit sector.
- • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Philanthropic Studies, or a related field.
- • Genuine passion for social impact and a deep belief in the power of technology and automation to create opportunity at scale.
- • Ability to thrive working across diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels, from individual contributors to the C-suite, with clear and confident communication.
- • Strong analytical thinking to evaluate program effectiveness and communicate results compellingly across the organization.
- • Organized, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
