📋 Description
- • Strategic Priority Management - Align the executive's time with core business priorities to ensure every hour is focused on high-impact initiatives. Proactively manage complex scheduling, provide comprehensive briefing materials, and track post-meeting action items to ensure timely execution.
- • Communication & Liaison - Serve as a strategic primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- • Operational Excellence - Execute high-stakes administrative tasks with uncompromising precision, including travel coordination, expense management, and the handling of confidential documentation. Proactively identify and streamline executive workflows to eliminate operational bottlenecks.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, ideally within a high-growth global technology company.
- • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
- • A proven ability to anticipate needs before they arise and navigate ambiguity with a solution-oriented approach.
- • Exceptional ability to manage complex, time-sensitive tasks with precision in a fast-paced environment that demands both speed and meticulous attention to detail.
- • Experience with using administrative tools, such as Google Workspace with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems to optimize operations.
