📋 Description

• • As an Executive Assistant supporting a deep tech CEO during an active fundraising sprint, you will serve as the operational backbone of a pivotal moment in the company’s history, ensuring seamless investor engagement and enabling leadership to focus on high-impact activities like storytelling and relationship building.
• • You will manage end-to-end investor communications via Outlook delegation, draft and send timely follow-ups and meeting confirmations in the principal’s voice, prepare tailored pre-meeting briefing documents, coordinate logistics across time zones, and maintain rigorous follow-up tracking to sustain investor momentum.
• • You will work alongside an existing Executive Assistant supporting the founding team, coordinating calendar management with clear boundaries and mutual respect to align fundraising efforts with broader company priorities.
