📋 Description

• Provide high-level executive support to the Managing Director by managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, and handling sensitive communications with discretion.
• Support Operations and Finance functions through document workflows, meeting preparation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure organizational efficiency.
• Assist in special projects and initiatives, draft internal communications, and maintain operational readiness for the leadership team.
• Act as a trusted liaison between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders, including vendors and operational partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience supporting senior executives in Finance and/or Operations functions.
• Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high professionalism and attention to detail.
