Full Job Description

šŸ“‹ Description

  • • This Executive Assistant / Strategic Operations Lead role is a high-impact partnership designed to protect and amplify the leadership team’s time, energy, and strategic focus across two core businesses. Rather than a traditional administrative position, this role functions as a force multiplier—safeguarding executive bandwidth while driving operational rhythm, enabling leaders to concentrate on high-leverage activities like coaching, strategic planning, and family commitments. The position is intentionally structured as a 12-month on-ramp to a Chief of Staff role, offering a clear advancement path for candidates who demonstrate ownership, strategic judgment, and the ability to scale with the organization’s vision.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning and optimizing executive calendars and inboxes to prioritize urgent matters, drafting discreet responses, and ensuring meetings align with strategic goals and personal well-being. You will independently initiate and drive special projects—such as AI product development—from concept to completion, identifying revenue- and growth-tied activities without waiting for direction. As the central communication hub, you will liaise between business units, external partners, clients, and vendors, ensuring seamless coordination and information flow. You will build lightweight operating systems and streamline recurring processes, proactively identifying automation opportunities through AI-enabled tools to reduce manual effort. In partnership with leadership, you will help define North Star KPIs, monitor progress, flag blockers, and ensure deliverables are met with ownership and quality. You will manage all domestic and international travel logistics, coordinate complex schedules, and align professional and family calendars to minimize conflict and protect personal energy. This role demands exceptional discretion, emotional intelligence, and the ability to navigate ambiguity with composure.
  • • Agent Inc. is a mission-driven organization building and scaling multiple businesses with a focus on helping clients grow through innovative, service-based solutions. The leadership team values collaboration, non-siloed thinking, and a growth-oriented mindset, seeking partners who are not just task executors but strategic thinkers eager to evolve into leadership roles. You will join a remote-first, LATAM-based team that values autonomy, empathy, and proactive problem-solving, operating within a culture that rewards initiative and continuous learning. The company is deeply invested in enabling AI-forward workflows and modern operational practices, making this an ideal environment for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology.
  • • In this role, you will develop advanced executive support capabilities, mastering the art of time and energy optimization for senior leaders. You will gain hands-on experience in strategic project management, cross-functional leadership, and process design—skills directly transferable to a Chief of Staff or operations leadership position. You will build fluency in AI-enabled workflows and automation techniques, positioning yourself at the forefront of modern operational excellence. Over the 12-month track, you will evolve from a trusted executive partner into a strategic operations leader, gaining visibility into high-level decision-making, P&L implications, and scaling strategies across multiple business units. This role offers a rare opportunity to grow into a Chief of Staff position while making tangible impact on organizational effectiveness and leader effectiveness.

šŸŽÆ Requirements

  • • 3+ years of experience in executive assistant, operations, or Chief of Staff-capable roles
  • • Fluent English (written and verbal) with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • • Proven ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, handle high-value, time-sensitive situations with composure, and exercise strong strategic judgment

šŸ–ļø Benefits

  • • Fully remote position with flexible working hours aligned to ET (9 AM–5 PM), enabling work from anywhere in LATAM
  • • Clear 12-month advancement path to Chief of Staff role with increasing responsibility and strategic influence
  • • Opportunity to work directly with visionary leaders building multiple companies, gaining exposure to high-impact projects like AI product development and digital launches
