  • • Own the top-of-funnel engine: place 40–60 targeted outbound calls each day to U.S. clinics, pain-management offices, podiatry practices, and DME suppliers. Deliver a polished, empathetic, and consultative pitch that opens doors, uncovers pain points, and secures discovery calls for the CEO. Log every touch—call outcome, gatekeeper intel, objections, next steps—inside GoHighLevel so nothing slips through the cracks.
  • • Master the CEO’s calendar like a chessboard: schedule high-value demos, physician round-tables, and payer meetings while protecting deep-work blocks and travel buffers. Anticipate time-zone math, prep briefing docs 24 hours in advance, and send warm confirmation emails that make every prospect feel like a VIP.
  • • Build and continuously refine a living CRM ecosystem: create custom fields, tags, and automated workflows that turn raw leads into revenue. Generate weekly dashboards showing call volume, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity; translate numbers into concise insights that guide weekly leadership stand-ups.
  • • Recruit, onboard, and support the nationwide network of independent diabetic-shoe fitters: post compelling job ads, screen applicants via 15-minute qualification calls, schedule interviews, and shepherd new contractors through credentialing, training modules, and first-pair fittings. Maintain a fitter scorecard that tracks compliance, order volume, and patient satisfaction.
  • • Serve as the air-traffic controller for both business lines: triage the CEO and VP inboxes, flag urgent payer denials, route lab results, and draft polished replies that maintain regulatory tone. Build a shared Notion workspace where SOPs, call scripts, objection-handles, and compliance checklists live—so the team scales without chaos.
  • • Champion patient-centric communication: when a provider emails at 5:47 PM EST asking about prior-authorization status, you respond before 9 AM the next day with a clear timeline and next steps. Your tone is warm, confident, and solution-oriented—mirroring the high-touch culture of U.S. healthcare.
  • • Drive continuous improvement: A/B-test subject lines for fitter-recruitment emails, record call snippets for peer coaching, and propose automations that shave hours off weekly reporting. Present one “process win of the week” every Friday to the leadership team.
  • • Protect the company’s reputation and compliance posture: ensure HIPAA-safe language in all external messages, maintain SOC-2-ready file naming conventions, and escalate any PHI concerns immediately. Your meticulous documentation becomes the audit trail that keeps Medicare and private payers happy.
  • • Grow into a strategic operations partner: within 12 months, expect to own quarterly OKR planning, supervise a junior coordinator, and influence product-roadmap priorities based on frontline feedback. This is a launchpad role for someone who wants to shape the future of digital health.
