- • The Executive Assistant to GTM Leadership serves as the operational backbone of the Go-to-Market organization, supporting the Chief Revenue Officer and collaborating with GTM leadership to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include end-to-end calendar management, travel and events coordination, information synthesis for meeting prep, communications triage, GTM meeting support, material creation and formatting, and Notion workspace development for the commercial team.
- • Ambience Healthcare is building an AI intelligence platform that restores humanity to healthcare by reducing administrative burden for providers, backed by top-tier investors including Andreessen Horowitz, OpenAI Startup Fund, and Kleiner Perkins, and recognized as a LinkedIn Top Startup in 2024 and 2025.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years supporting a senior executive, ideally at a fast-paced or venture-backed company
- • Experience supporting a sales or GTM leader is a strong plus
- • Familiarity with Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, and HubSpot is a plus
- • Comfort using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for synthesis and formatting work
- • Reliable, detail-oriented, and fast with strong calendar management and travel logistics skills
- • Ability to exercise judgment, prioritize conflicting demands, and solve problems independently
