- • Executive Assistant to the CEO at Lavendo Inc., a profitable growth-stage enterprise SaaS company serving Fortune 100 brands in retail, banking, healthcare, and telecom with an AI-powered Data Privacy Governance platform. This role is critical to enabling the CEO — a serial entrepreneur and public thought leader in data privacy — to focus on strategic leadership by managing complex business and personal logistics with discretion, reliability, and proactive execution.
- • Manage the CEO’s calendar, inbox, and scheduling with precision, prioritizing conflicting demands across domestic and international travel, industry conferences, and executive meetings while maintaining sound judgment and anticipating needs before they arise.
- • Coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, visa logistics, and on-site arrangements for conferences and business events, ensuring seamless execution and contingency planning for last-minute changes.
- • Handle both business and personal tasks with the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality, ranging from expense reporting and document preparation to personal errands and family-related coordination, always exercising discretion and sound judgment.
- • Prepare comprehensive meeting briefs, agendas, and pre-read materials; take detailed notes during meetings; and produce clear action item summaries to ensure follow-through and accountability across teams and stakeholders.
- • Safeguard all sensitive business and personal information, including financial data, strategic plans, and personal communications, adhering to strict confidentiality protocols and demonstrating unwavering integrity in all interactions.
- • Represent the CEO professionally in business and social settings, acting as a trusted extension of their presence by communicating with clarity, poise, and warmth to internal teams, external partners, and industry peers.
- • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment by being self-motivated, anticipating needs, and taking ownership of tasks without requiring constant direction, bringing consistent energy, reliability, and a solution-oriented mindset to every responsibility.
- • Contribute to a culture of appreciation and stability by bringing kindness, humor, and genuine warmth to interactions, reinforcing the CEO’s leadership effectiveness and supporting a positive, focused workplace environment.
- • Develop deep expertise in executive support within a high-growth SaaS environment, gaining exposure to strategic decision-making, global privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and executive-level operations while building a trusted partnership with a visionary founder.
- • Achieve personal and professional growth through mastery of complex scheduling, crisis-adaptive planning, and confidential stakeholder management, positioning yourself as an indispensable partner in driving organizational success.
