📋 Description

• • As a Training Coordinator for Khan Academy India’s Schools Team, you will design and deliver professional development initiatives for teachers, mentors, and administrators in Telangana to improve learning outcomes in government schools.
• • Day to day, you will design synchronous and asynchronous training programs, manage a team of Telugu-fluent master trainers, conduct 3-4 field visits per month to schools and district offices, use data to refine training effectiveness, coordinate with government departments for approvals, and support platform implementation across Telangana.
• • You will join a lean, mission-driven Schools Team within Khan Academy India that partners with government systems to reach underserved learners, having already impacted 2.1 million students and 70,000+ schools through data-backed, iterative implementation.
• • In this 12-month contract role, you will deepen your expertise in education program design, government stakeholder coordination, and data-informed teacher training while contributing to Khan Academy’s goal of reaching five million learners in India within three years.
