- • As an Executive Assistant at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, you will provide critical administrative support to four commercial leaders in the United States, enabling them to focus on driving innovation in life sciences, diagnostics, and biotechnology that impacts over 1.2 billion patients annually.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing complex executive calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, processing monthly expense reports, assisting with Town Halls and leadership presentations, maintaining email distribution lists, updating organizational charts, reconciling budgets, processing invoices, supporting vendor relationships, and organizing leadership events with full logistics and supply coordination.
- • You will join a dynamic, mission-driven team within North America that operates under Danaher’s Business System—a culture of continuous improvement where your contributions directly support tangible impact in healthcare and scientific advancement.

🎯 Requirements
- • Associate’s degree or equivalent plus 5+ years of executive administrative experience, preferably supporting multiple executives simultaneously.
- • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote) with proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently, including calendar management and time prioritization.
- • Demonstrated experience in travel planning, vendor communication, and participation in budgeting and cost center management processes.
