- • **Leadership Operations:** You will play a crucial role in coordinating and supporting essential leadership meetings, including regular executive team gatherings, preparations for board meetings, and critical cross-functional review sessions. This entails developing comprehensive agendas, organizing and distributing necessary materials, meticulously capturing meeting notes, and diligently tracking action items to ensure that decisions made in these forums are consistently translated into concrete actions and outcomes.
