• • We are seeking an exceptional Executive Business Partner (EBP) to serve as a strategic operational linchpin for our CEO. This role is designed for an individual who thrives in environments demanding high levels of ownership and is genuinely energized by supporting ambitious leaders in the creation of something truly meaningful. The ideal candidate possesses an innate ability to foresee potential challenges before they materialize, excels at bringing structure to intricate situations, and demonstrates flawless execution under demanding circumstances. • • As a trusted partner to the CEO, your primary focus will be to ensure their time, attention, and energy are strategically directed towards the most impactful priorities. This involves acting as a force multiplier, enabling the CEO to operate at peak effectiveness. You will be instrumental in streamlining operations, enhancing communication flows, and driving key initiatives forward with precision and efficiency. Your role will demand a high degree of organizational prowess, exceptional resourcefulness, and the ability to navigate interactions with executives, investors, customers, and internal teams with the utmost professionalism, discretion, and diplomacy.
• • Key responsibilities will include serving as a strategic operational partner to the CEO, meticulously managing priorities, commitments, and pivotal company initiatives. You will be responsible for optimizing the CEO’s calendar, travel arrangements, and scheduling to maximize their focus on high-impact work, ensuring their time is allocated to the most critical strategic objectives. A significant part of your role will involve driving the preparation and diligent follow-through for crucial engagements such as board meetings, executive leadership forums, investor discussions, and other vital internal meetings. You will also play a key role in tracking and coordinating company-wide initiatives, ensuring seamless alignment across all leadership teams and proactively identifying and removing any impediments that may arise.

Managing complex logistics and intricate communication pathways across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders will be a core function. Direct support for high-priority projects and strategic company initiatives, working closely alongside the CEO, will be integral to your role.
