- • The Head of Enterprise Architecture is Fortrea’s most senior architecture leadership role, accountable for defining and governing the enterprise technology blueprint that enables scale, resilience, modernization, and business growth.
- • The role involves leading the Enterprise Architecture function, setting Fortrea‑wide architecture strategy and standards, and ensuring technology decisions across all domains align with business objectives, regulatory obligations, and long‑term vision.
- • The position serves as the primary architecture advisor to the VP Technology Solutions & Services and partners closely with leaders across Infrastructure, Workplace, Network, Hosting, Cybersecurity, Platforms, Data & Integration, and Application/Product teams to ensure cohesive, secure, scalable, and cost‑effective technology operations.
- • The role includes leading a high‑performing global Enterprise Architecture team, mentoring architects, building a culture of architectural excellence, and establishing operating rhythms and communities of practice to drive consistency and innovation across the enterprise.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 10 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture or a related field.
- • Proven leadership and management experience in IT strategy and enterprise architecture.
- • CRO experience.
- • Extensive experience in implementing enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies such as TOGAF.
- • Established track record of successfully implementing complex IT projects from ideation to deployment within set timelines and budgets.
- • Experience in governing the architecture process with cross-functional IT teams.
- • Experience in organizational change management, innovation, and technological transformation.
