This pivotal role involves transforming a suite of applications into a unified, single point of entry for Marketing and Sales clients, encompassing OEMs, Enterprise Dealer Groups, and Industry Partners.
  • • Drive deep market research to thoroughly understand the complex workflow needs and integration challenges faced by major OEMs and Enterprise Dealer Groups, ensuring Data Studio effectively addresses these critical enterprise requirements.
  • • Act as a key evangelist for the platform vision, effectively communicating and championing it to executive leadership, internal stakeholders across various departments, and crucial strategic customers to foster alignment and buy-in.

  • • Cultivate and promote a "Platform-First" mindset throughout the organization, steering the development culture away from siloed application creation towards a modular, component-based architecture that enhances reusability and consistency.

  • • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Sales leadership to meticulously define packaging strategies, pricing models, and detailed migration plans for existing clients transitioning to the new enterprise platform.
  • • Manage and oversee beta programs with key Industry Partners and OEMs, gathering crucial feedback and validating platform functionality and performance before its general availability.
  • • Lead, mentor, and strategically scale a high-performing product management team specifically dedicated to the development and evolution of the core platform infrastructure.
  • • Foster a strong partnership with Engineering leadership to guarantee the platform is architected for scalability, security, and optimal performance, meeting the demands of a growing user base and increasing data complexity.
  • • Engage in close collaboration with other product leaders responsible for building new capabilities and applications, ensuring their seamless integration and alignment with the overarching enterprise platform strategy.
  • • Rigorously prioritize the product backlog, adeptly balancing the development of new platform features with the critical integration needs of the various vertical application teams to ensure a holistic and effective product offering.
  • • Define and manage the product lifecycle for the enterprise platform, from initial ideation and strategy development through to user experience design, product delivery, and successful launch execution.
  • • Develop and refine key product management processes, establish meaningful metrics for success, create essential documentation, and implement effective resource planning frameworks to optimize team efficiency and product outcomes.
  • • Demonstrate exceptional skills in communication, negotiation, and presentation, effectively conveying complex ideas and strategies to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • • Drive continuous product improvements, champion innovation initiatives, and oversee quality enhancements to ensure the platform remains competitive and meets evolving market demands.
  • • Possess the ability to comprehend complex technical products and analyze diverse data sources to inform strategic decision-making and product direction.
  • • Manage distributed teams, oversee budgets, and optimize operational processes to ensure efficient and effective platform development and delivery.
  • • Exhibit strong team leadership capabilities, including performance management and fostering effective cross-functional collaboration among diverse teams.
  • • Contribute to the transformation of S&P Global Mobility's product portfolio into a cohesive, seamless user experience, setting the technical and design standards that will govern the future of the product suite.
